Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and receipts.
• Customized or engraved jewelry is non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to Return:

• Contact our customer service team at info@lumixs.site to initiate the return process.
• We will provide you with a return authorization number and the return address.
• Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your bank.
